About Us

The mission of the Eden Prairie Hockey Association (EPHA) is to organize and promote youth hockey for girls and boys who are residents of Eden Prairie.  Our goal is to encourage development of good sportsmanship, teamwork, and individual achievement in hockey.  The hockey program is established for the children following a philosophy that stresses the teaching of the fundamentals of hockey.

Founded in 1965, the EPHA is currently the third largest program in Minnesota with teams at the following levels:

  • Mite (Unisex) ages 4-8
  • Squirt (ages 9-10)
  • Girls 10U (10 and under)
  • Peewee (ages 11-12)
  • Girls 12U (12 and under)
  • Bantam (ages 13-14)
  • Girls 14U (14 and under)
  • Junior Gold (ages 15-18)

The purpose of this site is to serve our membership and improve communications. Please check back often for new information, dates, and announcements. If you have any questions, please call or e-mail the appropriate Board Member. Contact information can be found on the Board of Directors page.

Did you Know ...

The EPHA provides financial assistance to families in need?

Believing that no young hockey player should ever have to forego playing "the coolest game on earth" because of temporary economic problems such as a parent being laid off or a family medical crisis, the EPHA provides financial assistance.

To find out how to apply for financial assistance, please contact our Treasurer -  Treasurer@ephockey.com

The funding of this program comes mainly from a charitable golf event held each summer.
