A locker room promise comes to fruition at EP Squirt C RED end of the year party. In a pre-game speech, Head Coach Andy Fronek offers to let players do what they will to his hair if they win the final game of the D6 tournament against the Shakopee Sabers.

The BIG arena was tense as Sabers' fans rang cowbells and blew whistles to distract Squirt C RED from the game. Thanks to the help of other EP Squirt players, friends and family in the stands, Squirt C RED marched to a 2-1 victory over Shakopee in the D6 Championship.

The highlight of the end of season party was a lone chair set behind the Homeward Hills Barn waiting for Coach Andy. Fourteen players, one razor and one head. The players crowded around anxiously awaiting their turn with the razor. A player vote decided on a half-shaved head, but after a few turns with the razor-a full buzz was the final word.
