Volunteer Signup
To volunteer for tournaments and other EPHA events you must
first register and get a family pin #. Once you receive
your pin # you can then schedule your volunteer hours.
Following are the Instructions for registering and for signing
up to volunteer:

Each family must go to
the Volunteer Registration & Signup link below and register
their family and request a Pin #. Your family Pin # will be
automatically emailed to you. You will then use your name
and pin # to register for volunteer hours:

Note: You only need to do this once for all events
and tournaments.

After receiving the Pin #, go
back to
Volunteer Registration & Signup. Go to the bottom of the
page and fill in the requested information. Enter your name,
Pin #, select the Tourney or Event under the Event tab
and then click the Request Opportunities box. This will
display all of the available volunteer opportunities. Please
note the appropriate date, time, number of hours and, most
importantly, the location. Not all games or events are at
the Eden Prairie Community Center. Once you find an opportunity you want, click on the
Volunteer button to the Right and you will be registered.
(Note: if nothing shows up under the Event tab, hit the
refresh button)

Once you register for an
opportunity, you cannot go back and erase it. It is then
your responsibility to show for that time and job. If you
have a conflict, you must find a replacement and contact the EPHA Volunteer Coordinator,
Todd Cocallas, to notify him of the changes.
