In a blowout game, 14U A Black overcame Lakeville 7 - 1 at EPCC 3 on Thursday. 14U A Black and Lakeville both scored one goal to end the first period tied. 14U A Black took the lead in the second period with two goals. It would prove to be too much for Lakeville. In the final period 14U A Black scored four consecutive goals padding its lead and winning the game.

This was the season's first game for Lakeville but 14U A Black entered the game with a record of 15-8.
