PRACTICE AND GAME PREP

• 45 min before games: 5 min(tape stick, prep), 15 min (Warm Up), 15 min (Gear on), 10 min (Coaches)
• 30 min before practice 10 min (warm up), 15 min (prep and Gear), 5 min (Coaches)

PLAYER EXPECTATIONS

• Provide 100% effort and focus at every practice/game.
• Commit yourself to the team and strive to improve every day.
• Be accountable for your own actions and learn from your mistakes.
• Play with a winning mentality.
• Support and display a positive attitude toward teammates, coaches and refs.
• Attendance at practice is expected – it is NOT optional!  If a player is going to miss practice, direct communication with the coach must be made in advance.
• Arrive on time and prepared for practices/games.
